For International orders:

Shipping fees vary by location and include all local taxes and duties, collected at checkout to avoid surprise fees upon delivery.

International shipping and customs fees can add up, and we know that’s frustrating. To help offset the cost, we'll be offering a quarterly shipment option with free international shipping. This will allow you to purchase three months' worth of LOAM at once, and we'll take care of shipping fees on our end. Depending on where you're located, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, which you'll be able to see upfront when you make your purchase.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible first purchases made directly through loamscience.com. To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at support@loamscience.com within 30 days of your carrier-confirmed delivery date and include your order number.

If you've opened and tried LOAM and it wasn't the right fit, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

For eligible orders:

• The guarantee applies only to your first purchase, whether it is a one-time purchase or your first subscription order.

• Subsequent orders are not eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Original shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and package protection fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

In limited circumstances, we may authorize the return of unopened products for orders that are not covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Return authorization must be obtained from our Customer Experience team before any product is sent back.

If a return is approved:

• Products must be unopened and in their original condition.

• A flat $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Replacements & Other Resolutions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet expectations, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
